We all have times when we feel happy, and times when we feel sad, time when we feel energetic, and times when we are lethargic.  We are conditioned to regard negative states as “bad”, we try to “pull ourselves together”, “get over it” or “snap out of it”.

In this book Moorereframes these times from “bad” into periods of transition and times when profound learning and self-development can take place.

This book is a personal favourite of mine and excellent for anyone going through any type of emotional struggle.
